No. Every site is built for the business it belongs to. What the Website plan leaves out is a separate design phase: we design and build in one go from your brand, words and photos. If you’d like your site designed by hand in Figma or Adobe XD, with unlimited changes before we build, that’s the Bespoke plan.

You do. Once your yearly fee is paid, the website is yours. The systems and processes we use to build and look after it, including the booking system, stay ours.
Email us with what you need, like new prices, photos or opening hours, and we’ll make the change for you.
The fee covers a year at a time. Renew, and the support, changes and updates carry on. Either way, the website you’ve paid for is yours.
Yes. We use what works from your current site and redirect old addresses, so existing links and search results still lead somewhere.
